Jennifer Koo

Jennifer Koo has spent twenty-five years operating, not advising. At ATB Financial she held senior P&L and growth leadership at enterprise scale, and built behavioral and AI-enabled products whose impact showed up where it is supposed to: in revenue, in efficiency, in retention. Measured, not estimated. She built and scaled a customer-experience, product, and behavioral-science practice from the ground up.

She trained formally in the science she practices: an M.A. in Behavioural Economics from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and applied work with Irrational Labs. She is now pursuing doctoral research on transformation value capture, and serves as Academic Director of ATB's Leader DNA program, and teaches at SAIT and Bow Valley College. The research and the work feed each other.

She holds the ICD.D designation and sits where transformation, risk, and governance meet, including a federal Departmental Audit Committee at ESDC. She carries numbers she has to deliver, not recommend.
