Most transformations don't fail. They underdeliver: quietly, expensively, and for the same reason every time.

Inflection is a Transformation Realization practice. We find the pivot point where strategy becomes behavior, and behavior becomes financial results.

01  The problem

Organizations capture a fraction of the value their transformations promise. The strategy was sound. The platform shipped. The value didn't arrive, because every dollar of transformation value travels through one delivery mechanism: a person doing something differently on a Tuesday. Almost no program is designed for that person.

02  The claim, distilled

Value capture is a behavioral and commercial design problem.

  • Mindsets are the cause.
  • Choice architecture is the method.
  • The P&L is the scoreboard.
03  The practice

Deliberately small.
By design.

Inflection is the practice of Jennifer Koo — operator, behavioural economist, director. A few engagements at a time, each chosen because it feeds a larger body of research into why transformations succeed.
